Baby Bok Choy with Mushrooms

Indulge in a hearty dish for your health…and your taste buds. This flavorful salad would pair great with some raw nori sprout wraps, or an Asian soup!

Ingredients

3 C. Baby Bok Choy, Chopped

1 C. Shiitake Mushroom Caps, Sliced

1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Julienne

1/4 C. Black Radish, Shredded

1 C. Broccoli, Chopped

2 T. Raw Sesame Oil

1 Clove Garlic, Pressed

1 T. Fresh Ginger, Grated

1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Braggs Aminos, Dulse, or Kelp Granules (optional, to taste)

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix well and season to taste.

Serve.

Optional: Add curry powder for an excellent twist!
